Dyer Dhows

HYC hosts the Mamaroneck Frostbite Association for some sailing which doesn't involve frostbite.  We've got a schedule of Friday and weekend mini-regattas from May through September. Check the

The Dyer Dhow is a 9-foot cat-rigged sailing dink.  These small boats are inexpensive, easy to maintain, and fun to sail.  At just over 100 lbs, they're easy for one person to move around with a simple dolly.  If you don't have a boat, we've got a few you can charter.  If you're interested in buying your own, talk to us, we can probably steer you to somebody who has one for sale.

You can also store your Dhow at HYC.  Summer Storage Form.
